You are not alone

Statistics tell us that approximately 1 in 4 adults experience at least one diagnosable mental health problem in any given year, in England [1]. It's important to remember that psychological difficulties are incredibly common and there's no shame in reaching out for support. And remember you're definitely not alone in dealing with these challenges.

“It’s the first time I have seen measurable and specific improvements following a period of counselling and I am very grateful to Ester and her kindness for helping me to achieve this. Ester is a wonderfully compassionate, professional and good-humoured therapist, it was a real pleasure working with her”
