Ester Cunill
Hello everyone, I am a psychologist and certified CBT therapist. I adopt a holistic approach to well-being in my sessions with third wave Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in English, Spanish, and Catalan.
My qualifications in Health and Clinical Psychology, Gender, CBT along with additional studies in psychodynamic therapy, PTSD and complex trauma have forged my comprehensive approach. This methodology consistently fosters improvements in overall well-being and reduction of symptoms.
My passion for client well-being drives me to offer a diverse range of interventions, ensuring a uniquely tailored solution to individual needs.

My approach incorporates various techniques such as Mindfulness CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), Rational emotive behaviour therapy (REBT), Compassion-focused therapy (CFT), psychodynamic therapy, and schema therapy, among others for positive changes in both thinking and behaviour. Whether online or in-person, my interventions are tailored for both adults and adolescents, ensuring a holistic approach to meet specific needs and foster overall well-being.
