Adapting sessions to your mental healthcare
In a world filled with constant challenges and uncertainties, it’s no surprise that many of us struggle with our mental health at some point in our lives. From the overwhelming grip of anxiety to the suffocating weight of depression, these emotional battles can be daunting. But whether you’re navigating these challenges or any other emotional turmoil, you don’t have to do it alone! my carefully crafted approach will gently guide you and lead you to a happier and healthier you.
A modern approach
As a professional psychotherapist is essential for me that my clients get a personalised service and make the most of our sessions. For this reason I adapt an active role in your recovery by constantly researching and gathering information that can help to meet your needs, providing a wide range of strategies that have a crucial role in the achievement of your goals, wellbeing and recovery.
Rather than do things the typical way, I seek the construction of broad, flexible and effective interventions around your needs.

Each session batch consists of 12-16 sessions. Upon completing each batch, we'll take a moment to review your progress and goals. Together, we'll assess whether you feel the need for additional sessions to address your initial concerns or tackle any other difficulties.
In therapy, much like the philosophy of Kintsugi, I embrace the idea that healing is not about erasing the scars or hiding the cracks. It's about recognizing that the journey of repair, growth, and resilience transforms us into something more beautiful and robust than before. The challenges we face and the work we do together become integral parts of our unique narrative, contributing to a stronger and more evolved version of ourselves. Our history, with all its breaks and repairs, is an essential and valued part of who we are becoming.
